Christiana Webber returned to Gordon Partners Management in 2026 as a Senior Property Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her career began in multifamily property management in 2004 before transitioning to commercial real estate management in 2013. Prior to rejoining Gordon Partners, Christiana held property management positions at Wulfe, Stream and Gordon Partners.

Through a strong commitment to client service and operational excellence, she progressed from entry-level positions to managing portfolios totaling more than one million square feet across multiple asset types.

Christiana holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Real Estate from Houston Community College. She is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), earning the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation in 2015 and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2023. In recognition of her leadership and dedication to the profession, she was honored as IREM’s International ACoM of the Year in 2022.
