Scott Gordon

Acquisitions, Development & Leasing

Scott co-founded Gordon Partners in 2006 and oversees Developments, Acquisitions, and Leasing for the company.  His focus includes coordinating financing for the company’s projects and executing strategies to re-position certain properties within the Gordon Partners portfolio.  He has successfully led Gordon Partners in the completion of several ground-up developments as well as in the identification and acquisition of under-performing assets for redevelopment throughout the state of Texas.

Scott is a graduate of Houston’s Episcopal High School and Southern Methodist University.

 

Matthew Gordon

Management & Operations

Matt is the President of Gordon Partners Management. He oversees operations, compliance, accounting, property management and construction. Since 2007 he has completed $80 million of construction – overseeing architects, engineers, budgets, construction, jurisdictional requirements and coordination with utility companies/districts and coordinated over 230 tenant build outs; including office, retail, medical and restaurants.

Matt is a graduate of The Kinkaid School in Houston and Southern Methodist University. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas. Matt served on the Board of Young Texans Against Cancer’s (YTAC) Houston Chapter from 2006-2011 and then as President of Young Texans Against Cancer’s Executive Board from 2011-2013. He previously served as President of the Alumni Board of The Kinkaid School.

Ryan Gordon

Design & Master Planning

Ryan holds a Master of Architecture from Tulane University and is an Associate member of the AIA. Ryan’s responsibilities at Gordon Partners include design, permit preparation and construction management. Ryan designed the $16 million, 100,000 sq.ft. Waterpoint retail center and master planned the adjacent Multi-Family tracts. He works with prospective tenants on space plans and produces construction documentation for tenant build-outs. Ryan also consults with tenants and their architects to modify corporate prototypes to fit within the architectural theme of the Center.

Ryan is a graduate of The Kinkaid School in Houston and earned a Masters of Architecture at Tulane University.

Doug George

Brokerage & Development

Doug’s primary focus is on development. The bulk of his efforts are spent developing freestanding properties for national retailers. Doug also brings years of experience in retail leasing and tenant representation, land acquisition and disposition services, 1031 exchanges and brokerage of income producing properties. Prior to joining Gordon Partners, Doug carried out retail project leasing at NewQuest Properties where he was also responsible for tenant representation services for several national retailers such as McDonald’s.

Doug is a graduate of The Kinkaid School in Houston and The University of Texas and he earned his Masters in Business Administration at Southern Methodist University.
