Since starting Gordon Partners in 2006, the company has completed several successful developments, redevelopments, and value-add acquisitions.  The company’s portfolio includes more than 730,000 square feet of  retail shopping centers throughout the state of Texas.  To date, the firm has over 230 tenants on its roster including several national brands such as Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy, United Supermarkets, McDonald’s, Chic-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Whataburger, AT&T, Mattress Firm, Harbor Freight Tools, Dollar Tree and Pizza Hut.  Our completed and current projects include:
